Tungsten Shielding Portable Case, Tungsten Radiation Protection Box To Poland

Recently, a batch of high-precision Tungsten Shielding Portable Cases from our company was shipped from Shanghai Port and will be sent to Warsaw, Poland, through the cross-border logistics network of the China-Europe Express. This is another significant breakthrough in the European radiation protection equipment market, following the company’s agreement with Hungarian and French customers last year.
The products exported this time are made of high-purity tungsten alloy materials with a density of 18.5g/cm³. The wall thickness of the box is strictly designed following the TS-G-1.1 standard of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). It can effectively shield the γ rays produced by radioactive isotopes such as cobalt-60, iodine-131, and fluorine-18. The protection level reaches IP65 and can adapt to extreme transportation environments of -40℃ to 70℃. This batch of transport boxes will be used for transporting radioactive drugs at the Polish Nuclear Medicine Center. To meet customers’ requirements for transportation timeliness, the company has jointly created a multimodal transport solution of “land transportation + railway” with Sinotrans. The overall transportation cycle is shortened by 40% compared with traditional sea transportation. It is expected to arrive at the destination in 15 days.
CNRAYSHIELD’s products have passed ISO13485 medical device quality management system certification and EU CE certification. Before each shipment, they will undergo 168 hours of continuous radiation shielding testing, 300 vibration shock tests, and complete high and low temperature cycle verification. The failure rate is controlled below 0.3‰, which is far lower than the industry average. In addition, we will be equipped with professional technicians to provide remote installation and debugging services within 72 hours to achieve rapid response and resolution of after-sales problems.
This cooperation with Polish customers not only expands the company’s business in the Central and Eastern European market but also inspires us to continuously optimize our product structure and strive to provide overseas customers with better nuclear medicine protection solutions.
