This ensures the door’s structural strength while minimizing the lead’s shielding properties during processing. The door frame is constructed of high-strength stainless steel and undergoes special anti-corrosion treatment, making it suitable for a variety of harsh environments, including humid and high-temperature environments, significantly extending the service life of lead-lined sliding doors. Furthermore, a multi-layer sealing design with custom rubber seals ensures a tight seal when the door is closed, minimizing radiation leakage. The door hinges utilize high-precision bearings and have undergone tens of thousands of opening and closing tests, ensuring smooth, stable operation without any lag.

During the quality inspection process, each Nuclear Medicine Protection Door undergoes rigorous radiation testing, using a professional radiation detector to scan every part of the door to ensure that radiation leakage remains well below international safety standards (≤0.1mSv/h).
